Privacy Policy

How we handle your personal data when you use frytiaudit.com — set out in full, in line with Kosovo law.

Last updated: July 2026.

This policy explains how Fryti Audit SH.P.K. ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit frytiaudit.com or contact us. We handle your privacy in accordance with Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo.

1. Who the data controller is

Fryti Audit SH.P.K.
Zahaq, Pejë–Prishtina highway, 30000 Pejë, Kosovo
Email: info@frytiaudit.com · Tel: +383 44 489 047

2. What data we collect

  • Through the contact form: your name, email address, subject and the message you choose to send us.
  • Anonymous technical data: general, aggregated visit statistics (for example, the number of visitors), through Cloudflare Web Analytics — without cookies and without identifying you personally.

We do not collect sensitive data through the website, and we never ask for financial details online.

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We use the data from the form solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about our services. The legal basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and/or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contractual relationship.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade your data. We share it only with the technical service providers that help us run the website and our communications:

  • Formspree — processes contact form submissions.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and anonymous statistics.
  • Google (Gmail) — where your email messages are received.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

5. Cookies

Our website uses no tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. Our statistics are collected with a cookie-free tool. That is why we show no cookie consent banner — quite simply, we do not need one.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact data only for as long as is necessary to respond to you and to meet our legal obligations; after that it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Law No. 06/L-082, you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, portability of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@frytiaudit.com. We will respond within the statutory deadlines.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Kosovo's Information and Privacy Agency (IPA): aip.rks-gov.net.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent version is always published on this page, with the update date shown above.
